Why can't I connect to Facebook?

Modified on Wed, 24 Feb, 2021 at 11:00 AM

If you're a part of the Facebook access group and are unable to use Facebook, but other websites work, you may just need to prove your credentials on the network to show you have access to Facebook. An easy way to do this is to navigate deep into the Shared drive so the network can see and verify you.

Restarting your computer will help you to reverify your credentials to the network, and if that doesn't help the steps below should force this process.

1. Open File explorer.

2. Go to the Shared (I:) drive

3. Navigate to the folder called "Connect to Facebook"

4. Open the folder called "Start Here" and navigate through each folder contained until you reach the end.
