How do we fix vcenter?

The web issue with your vCenter is corrected. The vCenter was set to run on the hosts#1 and it has a hardware issue:

I have migrated vCenter to Host#2 and restart it, after that I was able to connect to vCenter url: https://vcenter.basementsystems.com/

I have set the Host1 into maintenance mode so you or DRS won’t unintentionally move VM’s there as it should not run any VM’s until its fixed or replaced.

Looks like you have enough resources between two hosts to run few VM’s that you have.
