How do I replace my keycard?

If your keycard is lost or stolen, its not the end of the world!


Please email IT immediately so that your keycard can be disabled in our systems. The first company-issued keycard that you receive is free of charge, as well as the first two replacements.


If your keycard has stopped working for some reason, please do not discard or destroy it yourself. IT will take the keycard for testing and attempt to fix it. IT will not charge to replace keycards that have stopped working naturally over time.


**After your third lost/stolen keycard, replacements come at a charge of $7 each and can be paid directly to the Accounting department. IT does not and will not accept payment for any reason!**
