How do I screen mirror in a conference room?

1. Make sure the computer is on and signed into a user account (such as conferenceroom).

2. If the device you want to screen mirror from is wireless, make sure it's on the "BS-I" Wi-Fi network.

3. Depending on your device, there are different ways to screen mirror.

Android phone: install and use the app "AirServer Connect".
iPhone or iPad: use the native Screen Mirroring functionality.
PC laptop: in Chrome, go to the menu in the top-right, and use the "Cast..." feature.
Macbook: use the native AirPlay functionality in the upper-right menu.

4. Select the room you want to screen mirror to.
