How do I do a conference call or forward a call? Print

Click the Conference Call button (it's to right of the red hold button).
Dial the other person's extension.
Once they pick up, click the Conference Call button again (all 3 of you will be on the line).
If it is a call you are meaning to forward, then hangup.

(This is much easier to do on the Mitel MiCollab app.)
