How do I do a conference call or forward a call?

1. Click the Conference Call button (it's to right of the red hold button). 
2. Dial the other person's extension. 
3. Once they pick up, click the Conference Call button again (all 3 of you will be on the line).
4. If it is a call you are meaning to forward, then hangup.

(This is much easier to do on the Mitel MiCollab app.)
