The URL for the Mitel MiCollab web app is https://bsmas.basementsystems.com/ucs/micollab/
The credentials are the same as your desktop application, and they should be saved to your email in a folder labeled "Credentials" from the address "em1@basementsystems.com"
If you do not have this folder/email, please submit a ticket to the helpdesk!
