Find the project in the Video volume that you want to move.
Navigate to the same path in the Archive volume, recreating any folders needed to maintain the same structure.

Copy the project folder from Video to Archive

Right click the original folder and click "Properties"
Right click the new folder and click "Properties"
Make note of the number of files and total size in bytes (not size on disk)

When you've confirmed that everything has copied, you're safe to delete the original folder on the Video volume.

Every night at 7pm ET the EVO will begin moving anything new on the Archive volume to the cloud for storage.

The following day you can log into the EVO web UI and check the progress of the copy here:
Slingshot > Replication > S3-Archive-Sync

If you see the job is Idle then the job is complete.
You can check the Archive volume against S3 using the S3 Browser on a Windows machine.

Navigate to the project folder in the Archive volume and right click it to select and show its Properties like we did earlier.
In S3 Browser, navigate to the same path for where the project should live in the cloud and select the project folder.

Compare the file properties shown at the bottom of S3 Browser with that of the folder on the Archive volume.

If there are differences, go into the folders in each location and find what is missing. Temporary files will not be copied and can be deleted from the Video and Archive volumes before going to the cloud.

The most common temporary file that can be deleted is .DS_Store

Once you've cleared any temporary files you can compare again.

If you've confirmed everything copied to the cloud successfully you are safe to delete the project folder from the Archive volume.

If there are standard media files that do not copy over please email the Helpdesk@ContractorNation.com with the subject "EVO Archive Issue" and include the problem file name(s) and path(s).
